OUR FOOD JOURNEY BEGAN MANY YEARS AGO. After working in hotels, restaurants, on private yachts and in luxury safari camps, we decided to open a little deli with a lotta heart. Our goal was simple - provide diners with the best pastries, breads, outstanding meals, unique products and exceptional service. Our open kitchen means you get the chance to see exactly how our artisan goods are produced, including breads and roasted meat cuts done in our Roman-style wood oven. We want to share our philosophy of quality craftsmanship, simplicity and fine ingredients. Zana’s is more than just a business to us. It’s our heart and soul.
